Two are refugee tortoises and survived on dog poop for their first three years, so they have serious pyramiding. All enjoy a hand shower with a hose during the summer. Watching the big male strut his stuff for his girlfriend is too much fun.

Hello and welcome.

The pyramiding is not from the dog poop. It is from growth in conditions that were too dry.

Good for you for giving them a good home!
