Ok. Phone the shop were I got him from and explained my concern. The shop man said watch him and give him a week if not better then take him back to shop and they will take him to the vets .
So just in going to keep an eye on him.
The man also said if he got worse then ring them and drink him back and they will take him to vets ..

Stress causes bubbles or runny nose. It doesn't mean the animal is sick. The pet store gave you good advice. Allow the tortoise to settle in and get used to a new environment without too much handling. It should clear up on its own.

He is a lot happier today now I have changed a few things for him
