I like the top left, it's lighter than the other two. Also the bottom one, I like how the lighter color on him is bright.

Tough choice. They are all pretty similar. You will win with which ever one, but I am with @wellington for choices.

All other things being equal, I would go with the largest one.

I'd get all three and three more that are unrelated, and have yourself a little breeding group.
