Hi everyone! I have not posted in awhile, but wanted to share my great hatch rate. Was SHOCKED when my leopard tort laid a total of 19 eggs (2 clutches a month apart) and 18 of the 19 hatched and all are thriving since hatching in October. I have 16 sulcata eggs due in January (not by choice-- it was a very late season clutch and I had no idea she even had any since I have had her separated for a year now as I don't want any more sullies) but looks like maybe 14 of them are growing.
Anyway, was just excited and surprised that I managed to get that many to hatch.
Side note: if anyone lives near the KC area, and wants one, let me know.
