I bought this from Drsfostersmith.com my baby Redfoot went totally nuts for it. I've been trying different things like Orchard grass, Bermuda, Plain Timothy hay, but as soon as I put this in she was grabbing huge mouth fulls... Oxbow Salad Style Grass Hay Blend (Western Timothy& Orchard Grass) Extremely thin cut and it has on the label specifically for Tortoises... I was thinking this would be great to mix in with their greens. Here's some pics of packaging. (I believe I paid $7.50 a bag/1 lb.)

I've never used it - but Oxbow makes quality food. The price is kind of high considering you could blend and chop your own for pennies, but then the covenience sounds great too.

I use pet shop rabbit hay with the same mix for the same reason. Should be fine.
