Rumple, our 7 yr old leopard, has been home with us for just over a month now. He's put on ~80g. We can see new growth lines. Are they supposed to be slightly raised? Or is it pyramiding?

Yes! I took these when I put him in his outdoor pen. ImageUploadedByTortForum1373812968.862573.jpg ImageUploadedByTortForum1373812988.181038.jpg

Yes, this leopard is pyramiding. At this age and size there isn't anything you can do about it.

Offer him a great outside home full of sunshine with lots of grass and weeds to eat. Enjoy him :)

Awwww..... I was hoping to not add to his problem :( Still, I am loving him and trying to spoil him.
