Getting new Hermann

Just wondering what others have fed their new Hermanns when they first get them?? I'm talking like the first week or two or so when they are starting to get adjusted to their new environment. I have access to most things and I started about 9 nines ago growing and planting foods just specifically for the tortoise. I just want to try and make the transition as good as it possibly can be for a new happy and healthy life. Greatly appreciate your opinions. Thanks

Oh another question about bathing/soaking on arrival or shortly there after, what are your guys opinions? Like I said I want to try and make the transition as easy and less traumatic as possible.
