Cute! Are you using a red bulb? That isn't recommended as it makes everything look the wrong color and confuses your tort. For heat alone at night, you can use a CHE (ceramic heat emitter) that screws in just like a light bulb. They are wonderful because they don't burn out like bulbs do.

I agree, ditch the red bulb. Sometimes makes them want to eat things they shouldn't, as red attracts them.

Great! You might not need 4. I used the same bulb for over 5 years until my tort got too big. It never stopped working even when I dropped it. The holder got all dented up but the bulb remained fine.

Your Rosey looks like my Ruby. I noticed a big difference when I switched from red lights to CHE's. The tortoises fall asleep immediately now instead of staying up and partying. ;-)

Its for my russian as well...2 for the rf and 2 for the other...
