So most may know this already but I have found that spring mix and lettuce really has no nutrition value at all so I thought I'd share some options that are good to feed and much cheaper

Collard greens
Mustard greens
Turnip greens
Endive
Kale
After doing research it seems these are much higher in fiber calcium and vitamins. So if u must use the store bought stuff buy these instead of spring mix

I guess every city will have different grocery stores with different standard items. I can buy Mallow, dandelion greens , Rocket (arugula), sesame leaves, and many other that I don't know what the English word for them is.

Most grocery stores that have a large Asian clientele will have a produce section that tends to make Safeway, Vons, whatever look like all you can get is greenleaf and iceburg (an exageration, I now).

This past week my local H-Mart even had squash leaves.
