Nice start, shade is vital.
Great idea! But definitely want to add a little more shade areas...give em some options! 
Gee....I'm not sure of the dimensions. I figured the shade would also move around the blocks as the sun moves. It's also a corner that doesn't get full sun all day, only morning ans some afternoon. Will also add some type of safe small tree or bush...suggestions?
Anything that can afford the tortoise to get out of the direct sun, they need to be able to thermal regulate.
