I feed my ornate box turtle apples, lettuce, tomatoes and sometimes worms. Is there anything else i should be feeding him?

hello!

what kind of tortoise do you have? honestly, for any tortoise, those are rather bad choices for food. maybe for a box turtle but even then the key is to have variety, you want to offer different things as much as possible.
