Tortoises will only eat what the food god puts down for him. If the food god stops providing zucchini he'll eventually eat what is provided. What do you offer him?

My sulcata will only eat zucchini
That's not true. I'll bet you $10,000 that I can get your tortoise to eat something other than zucchini.

What size sulcata? How are you housing it? What are your four temperatures? What heating and lighting equipment are you using? What type of UV bulb? What substrate?

Wow, that's a lot of questions!
Substrate is reptibark over reptile sand. Good uvb, etc.
She's healthy and eats Clover outside, but won't eat pellets or anything other than an occasional blueberry.

Those questions help us to figure out what might be going on and how to hep you. If your tortoise is only eating one thing, there is something terribly wrong. I hope we can help.

Repti-bark is great. Sand is a skin and eye irritant and an impaction risk, and it should never be used in a tortoise enclosure. Not even under something else or mixed with something else.

Clover is fine as part of a mix, but its high in protein, so you need to be extra vigilant with your hydration routine to avoid bladder stone formation.

Blueberry, and other fruits, are too high in sugar and should never be fed to a sulcata. It messes up their gut flora and fauna.

It sounds like you have gotten some bad care advice somewhere along the way. Here is the correct care info for you. Your tortoise can't survive on cucumber alone, so its imperative that you figure out what is going on and make the necessary corrections.
