Fertile eggs?

How can I tell if eggs are fertile?

How old are they? You could candle them!

I'm not sure I found them about 5 days ago and just found another one that wasn't there before a few minutes ago. I candled the older ones . One was clear and the other is lighter in the middle and darker on the edge. I have no idea when these two were laid though.
