The tortoisetable is a great source of edible plants. If you find something and you don't know wether your tortoise can eat it or not, you can check there and it will tell you.
I mostly feed weeds, but sometimes he'll get a bit of carrot or a teeny-tiny wild strawberry as a treat.
The search bar on the top right is also helpful as you can find older threads where lots of feeding options were given.

Definitely work some cactus pads into your pet's diet...lots of calcium in those!
At least twice a week give it an entire pad, which will give it some exercise/activity, too. Depending on the tort's size, as well as the pad's, it may eat the entire pad in a day or a couple hours.
