Is it ok to let my leopard graze around the yard? He seems to want to eat the tops off the dandelions, is the flowery part of plants ok for him to eat. He is about a year old.

Thanks
John

As long as your lawn isn't treated with any kind of fertilizer or pesticides that may harm him, yes it is fine to let him graze around...in fact, its encouraged! And yes the flowery part of the dandelions are just fine for him as long as they are part of a varied diet.

If you have plants you like then you need to protect them because they will eat whatever catches their attention and you'll just have sticks where there used to be a plant! :D

Also watch the animal poop if you have pets because they will eat it like candy!

yard grazing is fine (and better in some people's opinion) my new leo babies love the dandelion flowers.

There are long lists for things they should and should not eat. Maybe it would be easier to post specific plants that you have concerns about. You could post pictures if you are unsure of what they are.
