Feature thread/posting long posts?

I have written an article for my business use (Northwest Tortoise) that I thought may be applicable in the Adoptions section. The article is How to Successfully Contact and Adopt from a Rescue. I don't just want to post it because its much longer than a regular post (1 page word document). What would be the best way to post it?

Thoughts on how to proceed?

PS: if you want to review it prior, I'm happy to accommodate.
