I suppose you could try them ( I am guessing you mean to decorate)...but I would watch your torts to see if they get pissed...lol

For furniture, to be hidey places, sure. But real plants are always best. The jade plant for instance, so easy peasy to grow. At least it is out here in California, like a weeds. And edible, in moderation, for tortoises. Most succulents actually, both easy to grow and edible.

Also wheatgrass. Just get the wheat berries at a health food store and they grow pretty quickly, like little lawns in the enclosure. I plant them in recycled salad boxes and rotate them in as eaten.
