Electronic calipers

I have been a little bit worried about Hokie on the Jackson ratio for a couple of months now as he has been coming in underweight. He is very wriggly and doesn't like putting his head in to be measured so I wasn't convinced my measurements were entirely accurate, I was ok with the weight as I use electronic scales. Today I got a set of electronic calipers and have found my measurements were well off, all of a sudden he goes from 17 to 21! I would recommend these to anyone, they were so cheap too, only cost me £6.95 from eBay. Anyone else have similar experiences?
