egg laying

My turtle Jaws wont lay her eggs she just goes in circles and don't even try to dig a hole. Can someone help me

How do you know she needs to lay eggs?

She is restless, tries to climb out of tank, and she wont eat

She not be ready yet... Either that or she doesn't think she's found a good place yet. Do you know for sure that's she's pregnant? If she has had access to any male turtles recently, I'd probably say yes, but...
One time my friend's RES tried to lay her eggs for over a week, and finally settled them into a hole.
