Eeep! New Growth!

So little Hemi here if my first tortoise I've ever had. Although I work at an exotic vet, I don't quite get to experience the changes that these guys go through.
Leopards aren't too popular compared to the sulcatas/desert tortoises here in Arizona.

With that, I'm excited to share this photo of Hemi! New growth just BARELY coming in!!
I've had him for a little over a month.. he's roughly 2 1/2 months old.

Very nice. Like his dark color. Incase you haven't seen it yet. Please read Toms threads below in my post for raising a smooth, healthy leopard. The sulcata threads will apply to your leopard also.
