Hello, I have a doubt about the humidity in the terrarium of my baby sulcata. I have read that the humidity should bo 80+ but what of this two is the correct way:
a) ALL the terrarium with 80+ of humydity and a hide with 95 or more.
b) A dry terrarium with a hide with 80+ of humidity?

The answer to this question will vary as will the results produced from each method.

Many of us have had smooth results by using a fully humid chamber.

Some of us have had smooth results with a dry table and only a humid hide..

I prefer, recommend and personally use the fully humid chamber. But keep in mind they don't live like this 24/7, 365 all the days of their life. They spend most of their time in the chamber while a baby. But as they grow I offer more time outside. By a year old they live outside all day and only sleep inside.
By 2 or even 3 years old, your Sulcata would live outside full time.

Hope this helps!
