Bowser is about a year old and is healthy and active. I can't tell the sex yet but I attached an anal scute picture anways incase anyone has any idea. Is this common and are there things I should look out for in Bowser's development?

Thanks,

That's normal for one that age. Both females and males have two. It's a matter of when the male starts maturing it starts to project out wards. Females will typically remain as knob looking, and they also have two.

Ok I see now, for some reason I thought it looked abnormal and now I see that making this thread was kind of silly. Thank you for the input Kelly.

Never even give 'silly' a thought, Kyle! There is bound to be someone else that wanted to know the answer to the 'silly' question, but was afraid to ask. We will never make fun of someone for asking questions.

Totally normal. Too young to sex. Questions are good.
