Does anyone actually use this?

I got this at the pet store when I got Frankie. With all the things they got wrong at the pet store I didn't know if it was okay to continue to use. Thoughts?

It's a water conditioner for aquarium water. I wouldn't think it was necessary for tortoise water.

My pets get the same water that I drink - filtered well water.

It's got electrolytes & other stuff. Might be mildly useful for an animal that isn't eating, or may be total "snake oil." I suspect the latter.
