Do they need a ceramic heat lamp?

I was told the do at all times. Including the basking light. But someone told me they don’t need a heat lamp at night. So I’m confused. My house is normal on 70-72°.

They do need night heat. Ceramic heat emitters are one option. Heat panels can also work. But ether way they need to be kept at 80 at night

My Sucata's hide is always kept at a temperature no less then 80° at all times, especially at night.
