Darkened head and transparent edge of shell

I have noticed Sheldon lack of interest in food the past couple of days. I had him outside grazing and he had no interest, right now he’s back in his enclosure and is just starting to show interest in his food, I noticed that his head looked darker the past few days and also the very edges of some of his shell at the bottom lol almost transparent. I’m wondering if he could be low on calcium or something?

Species?
What do you feed him?
What are the four temperatures in the indoor enclosure?
What heating and lighting are you using?
UV bulb? What type?
Calcium supplementation? How often and how much?
