The kids Donnatello and Miss Shell Angelo.
The little one is definitely a thb and I'm told the bigger one is also but his belly is so dark and connected, can anyone be sure?

They are both Thb. I explain the myths behind plastral pigment on my site hermannihaven.com. Yes Thh typically exhibit 2 longitudinal black stripes along the midline but it's more about the shape, definition and placement of them. The stripes do not look like what we see on your tortoises. Beautiful animals, hope this helps.
