Cleaning out substrate

I just had a random thought, is it unsafe to be cleaning out your tort's substrate when pregnant? I've got friends and family expecting, not me, and one has cats, and I know it isn't safe for a pregnant woman to clean out cat litter, is it the same/similar for torts?

I would assume it can be. Just cuz they do use the restroom on the substrate and inhaling that can't be good for you or a developing baby. Better safe then sorry.
