Found this on CL. Doesn't look too bad, maybe a little dry and could certainly use some more space. Appleton isn't really close to me, but i could probably help in getting it if someone is interested.

Appleton is about 1.5 hours north of Milwaukee. I have no idea if they will ship I haven't contacted them at all.
