I haven't had time to look yet but I need some tortoise stuff and I also want to do an auto ship for our cat's tidy cat breeze supplies. Another thing they do.

Their Customer Service is known to be top notch. Many people I know, as well as me personally, have called about seeing if possible to return an order due to a pet passing away, and they always give you a full refund and ask you to just donate the food to a shelter or similar animal in need.
