Can Tortoises eat raw beets and/or beet greens?

Hi my tortoise friends.Can. I feed my tiny tyke Star baby fresh beets and beet greens? Thanks

I know beet leaves are OK occasionally and the Tortoise Table says this

BUT I don't know what the normal diet for a Star tort is so hopefully someone who has a Star will be able to tell you more.
