Bushy / Treeish growing in Florida stuff

That first one with the black berries is deadly night shade. Extremely toxic!

I don't know what the other is.

Yvonne is 100% correct. There are a lot of plants in the nightshade family, and any plant with those little tomato like fruits I wouldn't trust one bit. Deadly nightshade is also called belladonna.

They are also related to potatoes, tobacco, tomatoes, and eggplant, oddly enough.

The other one almost reminds me of a chinquapin tree,but not quite.Boy ,that's a lot of help huh?

Could the second one be a Brazilian Pepper tree (Schinus terebinthifolius)? I think it'd have to get red berries for that to be right, though.

This is "Brazilian pepper"
There are no red berries at this time of year.

BP is funny stuff!
Some folk say it is toxic but iguanas & birds eat the berries regularly.

Ok so plant number 1 was "Deadly Nightshade".
