ID please

Can anyone help identify these plants. The first one (large plant in centre of photo green leaves with white on) has sprouted up in my hermann's enclosure where I have planted tortoise friendly seed mixes, so I'm hoping it is safe but I have not been able to identify it - it has prickly edges and prickly under leaf. The other two photos are weeds growing in my garden in Liguria, Italy.

First is milk thistle. OK.
Second is a pig weed. OK
I'm not sure on the third one - I sort of remember the seeds stick to you like a burr, but don't recall its name.

Is the third one forget me not?

Not forget me not. Myosotis has tiny distinctive blue flowers with a yellow center and long narrow leaves.
