Hello I have a three month old sulcata and noticed three small bumps on it’s shell where some of the scutes connect. Has anyone seen this before? He seems very healthy, I’m just wondering if this is something to be concerned about or normal growth.

That is nothing to worry about. Sulcatas can frequently get little "injuries" where something slightly damages the new keratin growing at the scute seams. This happened about a month ago to yours and the new growth has already started to spread the area where the injured keratin was wrinkled and distorted a bit as it healed and grew around the injury. Something as simple as the tortoise forcing its way under something with an abrupt, hard edge or corner.

I would be a bit concerned though about the start of pyramiding you have there. That scute seam is deepening. The keratin is drying too quickly as it grows. A baby tortoise need very humid conditions to develop and grow properly. Perhaps you could show some pictures of your enclosure and we could offer some suggestions if you are up to it?
