Bulging eye

Rèmy's eye has been like this for almost a week and I'm very worried. No other symtoms and his other eye is perfectly normal and never looks like this. I have had to use a coiled UVB for a while when I'm waiting for new stocks at my local pet store. Could it be an infection or is there anything that I can do? ??

I would have a vet take a look at it. In the meantime, soothing eye ointment might help a bit.
