Bug in inside enclosure

I was feeding my Russian today and I saw these little bugs on his food rock, they look like white ants. Any subjections about getting rid of them? Are they ok to have?

Those guys seem to be ever-present. I had them in my indoor even before I ever put a tortoise or food in it. They don't bother me, as long as they don't mutate or evolve into something much bigger LOL.

So they are safe, will they crawl out of the enclosure? Will they bother my tort?

They can't live outside your enclosure. Your tortoise shouldn't notice them.
