Bug ID?

I found a few of these on one of my cactus stands today. Anyone know what is it or what it eats? I don't even know where to begin to look.

Thank you J! I googled the species and this looks like the culprit. Even if it is not this exact same species or subspecies, it is close enough and now I know what its eating.

I have a similar shaped bug that is bright red here too, but a little smaller than this one. This red version never goes near my cactus, but I find it all over my wild mustard weed. Any idea what that one is?
