I was feeding Oliver some cactus pads and as he was eating he was blowing bubbles from his nose. He hasn't ever done this before only when he eats the pads. He also makes about of burping and gurgling sounds after eating something juicy

I know this is late, but bubbles can be a sign of a respiratory infection. I don't know about the gurgling sounds.

If he only does this after eating cactus pads, I would not worry. cactus pads are kinda "snotty" in consistency.
I can see him blowing bubbles with the slimy mess.
It IS only after eating cactus pads, right?
