Today after soaking my aldabra, I release it on ground to get some sunlight. Then I left him for awhile. When I returned, I saw some bubble coming from his mouth. I got worried then soaked him again for 15 minutes, then I saw the bubble gone. I then moved him back to his enclosure then he looked pretty active looking for food as he usually did after soaking.

I gave him his food, looks like his appetite still normal.

Any idea what caused the bubble on his mouth?

Thank you.

I would kinda assume just spit, for lack of another word. Like when they eat they get pretty slimy mouth. I don't think it's anything to worry about. If it was coming out the nose sometime after the soak, then I would worry.

I am not sure, it was coming quite plenty at that time, like he was eating soap and blowing it.

But it is gone after soaking, so I'm quite relieved now.

It happened again today, same thing, after soaking and release him on ground to get more sunlight.
I immediately took him in and just gave him food, but this time I didn't soak him. He seemed to lose some appetite until i gave him his hibiscus flower treat and he ate it all.

Is it possible due to too hot temperature? It is pretty hot now in my city.
