Lyle is so much more aggressive than before winter. He eats more aggressively. He's faster. His over all temperament seems much feistier. Man, he is pretty!
Dirty boxie before his soak.

I'm not sure. I have had him since last summer when he was found in a crate in Oklahoma. He is still growing and has put on several bands since I got him. He had colorful scales last summer. But still has brown eyes. But he started flashing me in baths. (He did again today) so I'm going to assume like has been mentioned by another member or two, that he is a young male. So whenever an ornate male would start demonstrating male behaviors I guess lol. Boxie experts, any guesses?

Here is his belly rubbing video.

talk about beautiful! and the best has yet to come. wait until those mature colorations start settling in

I would guess that he is 3-5 years old. Aggressive male behaviors start in that range depending on the living quarters. SOme males never become aggressive and some are little devils

I love peeking in in him and just seeing a head poked up out of the substrate.
