I have had my leopard tortoise for 9 months and he is almost 1. Since I had last measured him in June he has not grown at all. He has been 2.5 inches since. What do I do?

You might want to upload a pix of your enclosure & describe your lighting & heating arrangements. Hows the humidity? Do you soak daily? Is there a lid on your enclosure?

Please put pictures of the enclosure and other arrangements. What diet? Definitely check out that guide. Good luck and hopefully your tortoise grows soon!
A weight, in grams, would give us some insight too.
