He keeps rubbing his eyes and they seem abit puffy. What does that mean??

I know puffy irritated eyes can be caused by several different things. I'm new to tortoises and I dont even get mine until this weekend, so I don't think I'd be much help here as I don't really have any experience to go by. But one thing is for sure, you're definitely in the right place to find out!

so cute, like the way s/he's admiring its self in the mirror lol. can help much with the eye thing. i know the coiled bulbs and sand in the substrate can cause issues and i read some where their eyes can go puffy if their not eating.
