Baby acts scared outside

It's beautiful outside in Louisiana today so I took Ninja and Baby outside for 30 min. They had shade and sun. Ninja was fine, but Baby freaks out. You think he just needs to get used to it? They haven't been outside but only a few times before the winter.

Baby tortoises are prey and are very seldom right out in the open. Give him plenty of hiding places and he'll settle down.
