Any idea what this is?

Good morning,

Does anyone know what this could be please?

She has had it since I’ve had her - since November, being naive I thought it was the yolk sac still healing but that would be further down theplastron?

Should I wipe it with anti bac wipe and put spray plaster on it or canesten cream?
And change substrate to reptile carpet until healed completely?

Glad it was nothing, sometimes they walk through their poop and it gets caked on their shells.
