Found this sweet creature in horrible conditions...malnutrioned- no lighting of any kind and has not eaten in some time....was in filthy water filled with rotten lettuce...I changed his water and fed him...he showed lots life and energy.....I talked the patient into giving him up...he is suffering from metabolic bone disease...his shell is as soft as cotton candy from the weakened bones....told my fiance about him ..she responded- bring him home...hes in a plastic tub in my colleagues car while we finish up the day..been reading up on it...will keep you guys updated on his status. Taking him to the vet tomorrow..have some time before work..will post more pics later..
