Albino P. Megacephalum?

I saw this photo on Facebook….Is this an albino P. megacephalum "peguense"? The text is in chinese unfortunately, so I have no idea what it says. Quite a stunner!

The iris appears black, though. There can, of course, be black-eyed albinos, but I believe they are less common…?
Or perhaps this is just a very light-phase P. Megacephalum?

I'm sorry but how can there be black eyed albino's when albino means without pigment ?

That is not the albino, it's more like xanthic. I saw one in Daytona like 7-8 years ago. This is the albino hatched in China years ago. Very cool turtle, hopefully it did well.

I see. So not a true albino then? I've never been quite sure how that whole thing works. I've seen black-eyed "albino" ball pythons before. I guess they aren't actual albino's then?
Still a pretty awesome turtle.
