Adopting a hermann

Since our family hermann passed away I have got two little ones again but my sister has moved out and wants a tortoise to liven up her new house. She would like to adopt and isn't concerned about what age as in our experience they are characters into old age.

I'm in the uk so if anyone knows a good place to contact about this please let me know.
Also if anyone has advice on anything to do with adopting/rehoming an older torty please let me know so I can pass it on.
