A few questions

Starting a few weeks ago my red foot tortoise started acting weird - he stopped eating, drinking and pooping in the regular frequency and today I noticed this in his feet

it looks white but the camera didn't catch it correctly - also he's weak, he's not being able to complete stand up and walk
any help or guidance is appreciated

Looks like an abrasion, is it bleeding?

No bleeding, I cleaned it with water too just to be sure, he doesn't seem to mind being touched there

I would be more worried about the weakness and not being able to stand.
