A couple of weird ones

This big and tall weed/plant has fuzzy wrinkly like leaves and when you touch it, it leaves a sticky residue on your fingers that smells a little eucalyptus like. If injured it oozes sticky foamy sap? It also has yellow flowers. The plant stems are very strong like a tree. (I'm in south central Texas if that helps)

Also, what the heck is this? I've had several of these pop up.

The first one looks like one that I have growing like crazy through my neighbors fence. I was told it was thistle. Mine has the thorns on the stem and leafs and gets the yellow flower. Don't know about the second one.

The second one is almost certainly a "milkweed", Asclepias. Toxic.
