Nice group. Just wondering, do you do this the day they hatch out? I am assuming so, because of the egg shells.
Then, what kind of substrate do you put them on? It seems you might have said paper towels before, until the yolk sack is gone?

Hey YOU !.......I was about to put out a 911.......
After pip'n I will let them sit for couple days (still inside the incubator) ....Misted heavy and very neat to see a new born gapping mouth open for water droplets. Around 3 day I will transfer into a different "container" with natural green moss ( no dyes) . This is watered down heavy and little "dents" can be made within to help ease the pressure of the new "yolk sack" still exposed. Some torts will retain their "sacs" longer then others....all of this is then put back into the incubator. By 7-10 days and bellies healed , they join the rest of the neo-nates inside the nursery.....:)
