I'm getting ready to get a tortoise but we have a small yard and it doesn't get much direct sunlight.
I live in SoCal so i'm planing to keep my tortoise(s) outside year round.
Can I use reflector or mirror to redirect sunlight?
Has anyone tried this before?
I don't know if it's just me but i look out for weeds everywhere i go and pick seeds every chance i get lol
i found this at the roadside.
I know the pic is bad.... it looks like thistle but there are many more flowers per plant and they are tiny!
I hope these are edible =)
I need to know even the smallest plant in the pictures are edible.
We bought a new place and I will be getting tortoises for our little back yard. Thanks.
I'm moving to a new place soon and i'm preparing for a leopard or star tortoise.
This new place has a small yard full of these.
What are they called and are they safe for tortoise?
I'm in love with Burmese stars but the price seem to be triple of Indian or Sri lankan. Why is this?
Are Burmese stars harder to keep?
Is that why i can't find hatchlings for sale anywhere?
Hello!
I live in southern California and recently I fell in love with tortoises.
I was web surfing and found this forum.
After reading posts here for weeks, I finally decided to say hi :)
I don't have any tortoise yet but hoping to own a Burmese star in the future.
